This privacy policy applies to www.mareneveresort.com owned and operated by Hotel Mareneve Resort, Via Mareneve 63, 95015 Linguaglossa (CT), Italy. VAT: 04113180873. It describes how Hotel Mareneve Resort collects and processes personal data about current, past or potential Travel Providers and other business partners.

Therefore, this Policy applies to the personal data of owners, employees, representatives, or other individuals acting on behalf of a Travel Supplier or other business partner (Travel Suppliers, other business partners, and individuals related to them will henceforth be referred to collectively or individually as "Business Partners" or by pronouns such as "you"). A Business Partner, within the meaning ascribed to it in this Privacy Policy, could be a Travel Supplier (meaning an accommodation facility but also an attraction, park, museum, etc.), a partner that makes it possible to book Trips through its websites, apps, and/or other channels (including travel agencies), third-party suppliers, or other partners that possess a business relationship with Hotel Mareneve Resort.

The personal data that Hotel Mareneve Resort collects about Business Partners depends on the context of the relationship and business interaction that binds the Business Partners to Hotel Mareneve Resort, the choices made by the Business Partner, and the products, services and features that the Business Partner uses. Personal data you provide to us
Contact information: We collect Business Partner contact data such as first and/or last name, date of birth (if necessary), business e-mail address and mailing address, telephone and fax number.
Financial Data: We collect data necessary for payment and billing, including also bank details: bank account number, VAT number and credit notes. Verification Data: As part of the registration process, Hotel Mareneve Resort may ask the Business Partner or its representative to provide a copy of an ID card or passport, photo, video, or other relevant information to verify the authenticity of the Business Partner

When you use Hotel Mareneve Resort's online services such as the online registration form or a user account (e.g. extranet or a Partner Center), or use a Hotel Mareneve Resort app, Hotel Mareneve Resort also collects information automatically, and some of this may be personal data, such as language set, IP address, location, device settings and operating system, registration information, time of use, requested URL, your status report, user agent (browser version information), browsing history, user reservation IDs, and type of data displayed.

We believe that this additional service may be useful to our future Business Partners, as it allows them to continue registration without having to re-enter all the required data all over again. Hotel Mareneve Resort may invite Business Partners to participate in events that it organizes and that it deems of interest to a Business Partner, or it may use personal data to offer and host online forums that allow Business Partners to find answers to frequently asked questions about using Hotel Mareneve Resort's services and offering their products and services. Legal Principles: regarding purposes A and B, Hotel Mareneve Resort uses as a legal basis the need to process personal data for the execution of the agreement between the Business Partner and Hotel Mareneve Resort. If the necessary information is not provided, Hotel Mareneve Resort cannot register a Travel Provider or otherwise work with a Business Partner, nor can it provide customer service. Regarding purposes C through G, Hotel Mareneve Resort relies on its legitimate business interest to provide its services or obtain services from Business Partners in order to prevent fraud and improve its service. When personal data is used for the legitimate interest of Hotel Mareneve Resort or a third party, Hotel Mareneve Resort will always reconcile the rights and interests of the Business Partner for the protection of its personal data and the rights and interests of Hotel Mareneve Resort or the third party.
